The Pass used to be called the Pass of Misael and the Tower was called The Misaelessarie. The Pass was named after a Fey Lady who lived in the high pass. She was known to be a good ruler who had friendly relations with the clans around of the mountains.
The Pass was renamed Camplan after Camplan the mighty who resettled it sometime after it had been deserted. (We do not know why) Camplan is not a popular figure, so we are not sure why it retains the name.

Clans in the Area

There are five clans in the are you are heading to.
They were active, but no informaiton has been forthcoming in a number of years. If a clan was hit by the plague it was generally hit worse than an equivalent village.
Clan Mordain is a non human clan.
