The Ship builders of Morinde

At a Glance

For five years the Kingdom of Morinde has been under the direct military control of the Cabalian Republic. Recently though there has been a slow handback of power to civilain authority, and there are rumours that the ex king will soon become Morinde's representative at the Council of Vanard. Morinde is famed for its navy and large shipyards. Most of the ships that in the seas around Holat originated in Morinde. In the five years that the Cabal directly controlled the shipyards they have built a fighting navy and invasion fleet to rival the Empire's.......

While Morinde is not over-enjoyed with the occupation, the population realises that it is a passing phase which will result in greater autonomy than they would have achieved as part of the Kureshtin Empire. This is becoming more apparent as the handback of power has started.
